Open Water Diver – 1st level

Excited to explore the blue planet? The Open Water Diver course shows you the way.

Within 4 days, the Open Water Diver certification course teaches you to dive independently with a buddy to a maximum depth of 18 meters.
Moreover, your certification is recognised worldwide and valid for life. This course is considered as the 1st level of the Scuba Diving ladder.

At first, you start by reviewing the scuba diving theory. This can either be completed online before your arrival or on the premises in the Eco2 Diving classroom. However, most people prefer the online solution to make the most out of their holiday.

Then, once the theory is finished, you are ready for your training sessions. The 5 confined open water sessions are performed over day 1 and 2 in a swimming pool for perfectly calm conditions. As a result, you easily master all required skills and ensure you are fit for the ocean.

At last, the next 2 days are spent completing your 4 open water dives. In the morning of day 3, you complete 2 dives on our world-class muck dive. The astonishing marine life keeps you entertained once a few skills have been accomplished. In the morning of day 4, you embark on our boat for a  2-dive trip to experience some of our incredible local dives.
Finally, you are now a certified Open Water Diver.

Briefly, the Open Water Diver certification is the first step for beginner divers to dive the world and explore our big blue planet.

Below 15 years-old, you may qualify for a Junior Open Water Diver with specific adaptations.

Advanced Open Water Diver – 2nd Level

Feel like you are missing out? The Advanced Open Water Diver course expands your horizons.

With 5 adventure dives, the Advanced Open Water Diver certification course rocks your underwater world. Deep diving, night diving… pick the adventures which inspire you the most and experience diving in completely new conditions. As a result, you are now allowed to dive down to 30 meters thanks to your improvements. This course is considered as the 2nd level of the Scuba Diving ladder.
Get more confidence, learn new skills, become a better diver. 

At first, you pick 3 adventure dives out of your 5 training dives (contact us to have the list of adventure dives we offer). However, the 2 remaining adventure dives are required to fulfil the course requirements: the Deep Adventure Dive to safely experience greater depths and the Underwater Navigation Adventure to always find your way to the reef.
According to your choices and budget, we plan your dives over 2 to 3 days mixing boat trips and shore dives.

Then, once all is defined, you start the theory for each adventure by filling in each associated knowledge review. This can either be completed online before your arrival or on the premises in the Eco2 Diving classroom. However, most people prefer the online solution to make the most out of their holiday.

At last, after going over your knowledge reviews with your Scuba Diving Instructor, you are ready to jump right in, complete your dives and practice your new skills.
Finally, you are now a certified Advanced Open Water Diver – 2nd Level.

Rescue Diver – 3rd Level

Freeze in an emergency situation? The Rescue Diver – 3rd Level course is there for you.

Over 3 days, the Rescue Diver certification course teaches you the best ways to prevent and manage any event happening during diving excursions. Described as the most challenging but rewarding course, you are taught rescue techniques for your buddies and yourself. This course is considered as the 3rd level of the Scuba Diving ladder.

At first, you review the scuba diving theory. You can complete it either online before your arrival, or on the premises in the Eco2 Diving classroom. However, most people prefer the online solution in order to make the most out of their holiday.

Then, once the theory is ticked off the list, your day 1 focuses on practicing and mastering all the rescue skills in confined water. Next, you are now ready on day 2 to practice the same techniques… in realistic conditions such as waves and currents. On this same day, your Scuba Diving Instructor introduces you to the rescue scenarios simulating a real-life situation. Lastly, day 3 puts you  in charge of handling the rescue scenarios and applying all the rescue techniques you mastered.
Finally, you are now a certified Rescue Diver – 3rd Level.

Emergency First Response

During 1 day, the Emergency First Response course develops your primary and secondary care abilities to handle medical emergencies.

At first, you start by reviewing the theory in your manual. Most people retrieve their book a couple of days before the course to organise the reading at their convenience.

Then, on the day of practice, you watch the associated video introducing each skill. After demonstration by your EFR Instructor, it is your go to practice and master all the techniques under close supervision.
